C.ONSIGN AND COSTS

Premise

Tutte le spedizioni vengono effettuate per mezzo corriere espresso sia sul territorio italiano sia internazionale. Nel caso di pagamento anticipato a mezzo bonifico, la merce ordinata verrà spedita entro il giorno lavorativo successivo a quello del ricevuto pagamento, accredito. Nel caso di pagamento anticipato a mezzo PayPal, la merce ordinata verrà spedita entro e non oltre le 24 ore dal ricevuto pagamento. Per il pagamento in contrassegno la merce ordinata verrà normalmente spedita dopo le 24 ore successive all’invio della nostra “Conferma d’Ordine” (tempo utile per la modifica o l’annullamento dell’ordine), salvo vostra comunicazione di accettazione della medesima entro le 24 ore. In tal caso la spedizione sarà effettuata entro il giorno lavorativo successivo a quello della trasmissione della nostra “Conferma d’Ordine”. Dopo la spedizione Vi sarà comunicato, tramite email, il tracking del pacco per poterne seguire il percorso di consegna.

Shipping specifications

3. that the packaging materials (personalized adhesive tape or plasticized straps) have not been tampered with in any way.

Any damage to the packaging and / or the product or the mismatch in the number of packages or indications, must be immediately contested, by putting a WRITTEN CHECK RESERVE on the courier's proof of delivery (SPECIFYING THE REASON FOR THE RESERVE, eg "laundry packaging ", "Crushed packaging", etc ...). Once the courier's document has been signed, no objection can be made regarding the external characteristics of what was delivered.

Acceptance of the sales regulations

Il Cliente, con l’invio telematico del proprio ordine d’acquisto, accetta incondizionatamente e si obbliga ad osservare, nei suoi rapporti con la Dynamic Shot S.R.L. , la Disciplina di Vendita descritta e specificata nella Sezione “Informazioni” e relative Sotto-Sezioni, dichiarando di aver preso visione ed accettato, tutte le indicazioni a lui fornite ai sensi delle norme richiamate, prendendo, altresì, atto che la Dynamic Shot S.R.L. non si ritiene vincolata a condizioni diverse, che non siano state preventivamente concordate per iscritto. La Disciplina di Vendita descritta e specificata nella Sezione “Info e Condizioni” e relative Sotto-Sezioni deve essere esaminata online dai Clienti, prima che essi confermino i loro acquisti. L’inoltro dell’ordine, pertanto, implica la totale conoscenza di tale disciplina e la sua integrale accettazione. Il Cliente si impegna ed obbliga, una volta conclusa la procedura d’acquisto online, a stampare e conservare la Disciplina di Vendita descritta e specificata nella Sezione “Info e Condizioni” e relative Sotto-Sezioni, già visionata ed accettata durante il processo d’acquisto, al fine di soddisfare integralmente la condizione di cui agli artt. 3 e 4 del D.lgs n. 185/1999.

D.RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Le vendite di prodotti via Internet sono disciplinate dal D.Lgs n. 185 del 22/05/1999 che regola la materia dei contratti a distanza, cioè effettuate al di fuori dei locali commerciali. Tale normativa sancisce il diritto di recesso, ovvero la possibilità per il consumatore di restituire il prodotto acquistato e di ottenere il rimborso della spesa sostenuta. Questo diritto è riservato esclusivamente alle persone fisiche (consumatori), quindi non può essere esercitato dalle persone giuridiche e dalle persone fisiche che agiscono per scopi riferibili all’attività professionale eventualmente svolta. Per esercitare il diritto di recesso è necessario inviare, entro 10 giorni lavorativi dal ricevimento della merce, una comunicazione nella quale viene manifestata la volontà di recedere dal contratto. Qualora il prodotto reso non sia stato assicurato per il valore indicato in fattura, in caso di danni o smarrimenti avvenuti durante il trasporto, la Dynamic Shot S.R.L. si riserva il diritto di addebitare eventuali danni subiti trattenendoli dalle somme da rimborsare.

G.ORDERS ON ORDERS

Warranty for lack of conformity

Ai sensi del D.Lgs n° 24 del 02-02-2002, la Dynamic Shot S.R.L. è responsabile nei confronti del consumatore per qualsiasi difetto di conformità esistente al momento della consegna del bene. Il difetto di conformità è riscontrabile per:

• malfunction;

• discrepancy between what was proposed and what was received upon purchase;

• internal transport damage not found upon receipt;

• incorrect shipment.

The lack of conformity must be reported within 24 months following the date of purchase; the time limit within which the product defect must be communicated from the moment it occurred is 2 months.

The guarantee will apply to products that present lack of conformity and / or malfunctions not detectable at the time of purchase, provided that the product itself is used correctly and with due diligence, i.e. in compliance with its destination and as provided in any technical documentation. , in compliance with the various operating rules indicated therein.

This guarantee will not be applicable in the event of negligence, carelessness in the use and maintenance of the product, of any mechanical adaptations and / or adjustments not prescribed by the manufacturer, etc. In case of lack of conformity, the consumer has the right to restore the conformity of the goods by repair or replacement.

The guarantee is personal and will therefore apply only to the original purchaser, being reserved for direct customers and not for dealers and resellers.

Manufacturer's Warranty

All products for sale on our website are covered by the official manufacturer's warranty, as applicable, pursuant to Legislative Decree No. 206 of 09/06/2005.
